Our goal was to find a software solution that allowed us to best showcase our multi-omics data to our customers with a modern user interface and infrastructure. We wanted to work with a partner that enabled us to license our data securely, but still allow the bioinformaticians and data scientists to get access in their own cloud environment with their favorite tools. The Most Comprehensive Solution
Matt Newman, with deep experience in Omics and RWD chose Manifold to accelerate Champions Oncology’s platform deployment. In less than three weeks of adopting the Manifold platform, Champions Oncology has onboarded their data asset to showcase to Biopharma. The rapid adoption enabled the team to build dashboards and deliver data-driven insights to clients in record time.
Using the Manifold platform, the Indiana University Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Susan G. Komen Tissue Bank are building an institution-wide data asset that encourages creation and reuse of data and analyses to accelerate cancer research. Using the library of ingestors and transformers, disparate datasets from a variety of sources (e.g. genomic files, CTMS, LIMS, REDCap) have been brought into a fit-for-research state. The Core / Shared Services team driving the initiative has experienced significant cost and time savings.
With the platform, the team would be able to quickly answer questions about specific cohorts and better collaborate with research teams. The assurance that patient privacy and data security would still be maintained while allowing for faster, easier democratization between partners, was huge.
