Cancer Genomics Consortium (CGC)

The CGC Annual Meeting is a unique gathering aimed at bringing the global clinical genomics community together to create an inclusive environment of collaboration, education, networking, and mentorship.

With the continuing inter-disciplinary partnerships between clinical laboratory directors (bothcytogenetic and molecular genetics), bioinformaticians, genomic variant scientists, pathologists, oncologists, and research scientists, CGC is committed to playing a pivotal role in translating scientific discoveries into the clinical diagnostic setting for patient care and guiding the best practices to enable precision medicine at the highest level.

The CGC 2025 Annual Meeting will include three keynote speaker presentations and five invited scientific sessions from leading scientists and professionals. In addition, there will be seven platform abstract sessions, two speed abstract sessions, and two poster sessions, as well as round table discussions on latest topics, educational workshops, and ample opportunities to network with the industry partners.

We are planning for a hybrid meeting with both in-person and online participation. We believe this format ensures accessibility to a broader national and international audience of scientific colleagues, without compromising the advantages of in-person engagement and networking.  We will also continue our commitment to reduced registration fees to promote participation by our colleagues in Low- and Middle-Income Countries.
